Max Doleh, President and CEO
Max Doleh founded Productive Technologies after fifteen years of leadership positions, and creating value through technology.
Max graduated from Oklahoma State University with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. He ranked first in his MBA graduating class from Oklahoma City University, with emphasis in International Business and Marketing. Max started his entrepreneurial career by starting MDI Networks, Inc. He subsequently worked with small companies as well as fortune 500 companies, including Williams Energy, Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., United Companies (UAE) and Sequoyah Technologies.
Max has accumulated broad-based expertise in computer technology, innovation management, lean operations, and strategic planning. He speaks at conferences nationwide on business performance improvement using technology and serves on local and international committees and boards.
James Borrows, Chief Financial Officer
James Borrows is a former US Marine. He has extensive financial and government experience. He worked with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses as well as most branches of the US government such as the Navy, AirForce, Army and department of Indian Affairs. James graduated from Oklahoma City University with a degree in Business Administration and has a Masters degree in International Business and Finance.
Sean Emerson, Business Development
Sean Emerson is a native of Oklahoma City and an active member of the local business community. Sean spent eight years as a business solutions consultant sales specialist in the document management solutions industry and eventually migrated into the software and web development arena.
He has worked in a sales capacity for such notable local firms as Lanier Business Products, GET Imaging, The Rock Island Group and Phase 2 Development. Emerson joined the Productive Technologies team in May of 2006 as Business Development Consultant and has been integral in formulating the marketing strategy.
Emerson holds a bachelors degree in Journalism from University of Oklahoma, Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
Vignaswari Saminathan, Operations and Legal Affairs Director
Vignaswari Saminathan has 30 years of experience in international law. She has worked in London, Malaysia, and Texas and now in the great state of Oklahoma. She has a technology background as well as extensive business and corporate law. Vignaswari has been a great asset to ProductiveT and she serves in multiple capacities due to her diverse skills and background.
